Silvergrove provides general strategic advisory consulting services to middle market companies. Oftentimes, middle market companies may require strategic advisory services long before they are prepared to engage in an M&A process or pursue a transaction. These services may include preparing valuation guidance for a company and its businesses; preparing strategic or competitive analysis; developing profiles and analysis of potential public and private, financial and strategic, foreign and domestic acquirers; researching and identifying organic growth and acquisition opportunities; analyzing a client’s balance sheet and financing alternatives; and evaluating a client’s operations, accounting and financial systems for suitability prior to an M&A process. Our strategic advisory services allow us to establish strategic relationships with many of our clients in advance of representing them in an M&A engagement.
